When placing your order, please alloy a seven to ten day turn around as all order are made from scratch.
Refunds and returns
We will do the best to our ability to ensure items are safely packaged and protected against damage while in transit with Royal Mail.
If items arrive damaged we ask the customer to send us pictures of both the item and the packaging. This will be used to make a complaint to Royal Mail. All claims will be dealt with individually.
If the item is not as detailed in the picture and the customer is not happy with the item, we will refund the cost of the item minus postage and packaging when it is posted back in its original condition.
