Because items are made to order ,i aim to have the order done within one week of ordering,this is because of the time frame.
Refund and return
I cant take responsibility for damage caused by royal mail. But we will do the best of our ability to ensure items are safely packaged a protected against damage to the best of our knowledge.
If items come damaged we will ask the customer to send us a picture of both the item and the packaging, this will be used to make a complaint to royal mail.
If the item is not what was in the picture and the customer is not happy, we will refund for the item when it is posted back to me in its original condition as received.
